Age Restriction: One resident must be at least 45 years old, and all other permanent residents at least 19 years of age.

Amenities: Copper Canyon Golf Club, Indigo Grill, Sage Center for Wellness and Higher Learning, pickleball, tennis, Bocce ball, horseshoes, softball stadium, resort style swimming pool and spa, fitness center, outdoor amphitheater, walking paths and a wide array of special interest clubs.

Fees: For 2010 the dues are $325 quarterly per household.  Contact me for required Buyer transfer/capital improvement fees.
